Captain Brian Fitzgerald works at the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment as the Community Liaison Officer for the South Coast Designated Maritime Area Plan (DMAP).  Brian was previously a Ship’s Captain and Operational Commander in our Naval Service and is a lecturer in Maritime Law.
