Galway have picked up their first points of this year's National Football League after a late 4v3 breach allowed Robert Finnerty put over a free with the final kick of the game on Saturday (31st January 2026).
The home side enjoyed good spells at the Athletic Grounds, but goals from Kieran Molloy, Finnerty and Matthew Tierney kept the Tribesmen on terms before the winner.
