The death has occurred of Bridgie Hurney (nee Connell) Cregmore Bridge, Claregalway, Co. Galway and formerly of Kiniska, Claregalway. Peacefully on 15th May 2026 in her 93rd year.
Predeceased by her husband Johnnie, parents John and Ellen, sisters Maureen (Boston), Katie (Boston), and brother Joe (Boston).
Cherished mother of Michael, Mary, Martin, Bridie, Geraldine, Angela and Noel.
Bridgie will be dearly missed by her family, her 17 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, brother Michael, sons in-law, daughters in-law, sister in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Funeral Arrangements:
Sunday, 17th May.
Reposing at Our Lady’s Chapel, Lackagh (H65 N129) on Sunday evening from 5.00pm with removal to the Church of Our Lady of Knock, Lackagh at 7.00pm.
Monday 18th May.
Funeral Mass in the Church of Our Lady of Knock, Lackagh (H65 N129) on Monday at 3.00 pm with burial in Lackagh Old Cemetery.
Mass will be live-streamed on Lackagh Church Live YouTube Channel and also broadcast on parish radio 106.9FM.
