Des passed away peacefully in University Hospital Galway.
Predeceased by his parents, brothers and sister.
Sadly missed by his nephews, nieces, sister-in- law Janet (London), extended family and friends.
Des’ remains will arrive at the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Tuam on Monday 18th September at 11.30 am for Mass at 12. Burial afterwards in Tuam Cemetery.
The McGreal family would like to sincerely thank Dr. Jarlath Cahill, Tuam, the carers that tended to Des in his home and the doctors, nurses and staff of The Corrib Ward, University Hospital Galway.
