The death has occurred of Joan O Callaghan née Dennehy Lettercallow, Lettermore, Galway / Millstreet, Cork
O Callaghan, (Lettercallow, Lettermore, Co. Galway & formerly of Tullig, Millstreet, Cork). April 4th 2026, Joan, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at University Hospital Galway. Predeceased by her husband Damien, parents John and Margaret, sister Peg. Deeply mourned by her loving son Michael and Anthia, daughters Muireann and Fergal, Aoibheann, Cliona and Damien, grandchildren Finn, Ellie May and Isla, sisters Reenie, Noreen and Eileen, brother Timmy Joe and brother-in-law Dermot, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Reposing at the Ionad beside Lettermore Church, (H91F5W4), on Monday 6th April, from 4pm to 5.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Joan on Tuesday 7th April at 12.00 midday in Lettermore Church, followed by burial in Lettermore Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Croí.
