The death has occurred of Mary Teresa Carmel Collins (née Blade), Caherpuca, Ballyglunin, Galway
And New Malden, Surrey, England. Predeceased by her husband, Patrick Joseph Collins (Athenry), her parents, John and Delia Blade (Polsella), her sisters, Norann Blade, Kathleen Blade, and Philomena Forde. Mary died peacefully in Galway University Hospital on The Feast of St. Peter and Paul. Mary is survived by her loving family, daughters, Josephine, Maria, Patricia, and son Patrick, her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, sisters, Julie (Nally), Josephine (Kelly), Bernadette (Costello), Marguerite (Costello), Patty (Smith), Loretta (Burke) and brother John Joe, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, neighbours, wide circle of friends.
Rest In Peace
Mary will be reposing in the room adjacent to the Church of The Immaculate Conception, Brooklodge (H54 W602) on Monday 6th July from 5:30pm with removal to the church at 7pm for prayers. Requiem mass for Mary will take place on Tuesday 7th July at 12 noon in the Church of The Immaculate Conception, Brooklodge.
