The death has occurred of Michael Joseph Glynn, Pier Road, Oughterard and formerly Caherlistrane, Co. Galway. Passed away peacefully, at his home, on the 17th November 2023, in his 97th year. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his wife Agnes, children Kathleen, Elaine, Fergus, Emmett, Finola and recently deceased son Kevin, his sons in law Shaun and John, daughters in law Susan, Helen and Grace, missed by his 14 grandchildren and his 14 great-grandchildren. Cherished and missed by the Coyne family, Tom, PJ, Kathleen, Rosaleen, Noreen and Carmel, husbands, wives and extended family. Remembering their deceased loved ones, Owen, Ciss, May-T, Isha and Colin. Fondly remembered always by the Heratys in Leenane.

 

Embracing his deceased loved ones in America, his mother and father Rose and Michael, his brothers Tom and Jack Glynn. With thoughts of his remaining nieces and nephew, Kerri, Robert and Teresa.

 

Kevin
Beloved son and brother who sadly died on the same day within hours of each other in Boston, USA.
May his soul rest in peace.

 

Reposing at Walsh’s Funeral Home (H91 EV52), Oughterard, on Tuesday, 21st of November, from 5.30pm until 7pm. Requiem Mass at 11am on Wednesday, the 22nd of November, in the Church of Immaculate Conception, Oughterard. Burial afterwards in Kilcummin Cemetery, Oughterard.
