P.J. Conway (also known as Paddy Joe) Cloonarrow, Castlerea, Co Roscommon and formerly of Shanahee, Belmullet Co Mayo. September 7th, 2024, (peacefully) under the excellent care of Roscommon Hospice, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Martin and Molly.
Beloved husband of Una (née Naughton) and dear father of David (Castlerea), Gerard (Galway), Derek (Ballymoe) and Kevin (Belmullet). P.J. will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his loving wife, his sons, his adored grandchildren Jack, Oisín, Sadbh, Íde, Maurice, Líadain and Éanna. Daughters-in-law Trish, Eibhlín and Áine. Also, by his sisters Mary Lavelle (Belmullet), and Theresa Garvin (Ballina), his brothers Noel and Martin Francis (Belmullet). Brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at McDonagh’s Funeral Home Castlerea, on Sunday afternoon from 3 o’clock until 6 o’clock. Removal from his home on Monday morning to arrive at Our Lady of Dolours Church, Shanahee, Belmullet (F26 KT52), for Funeral Mass at 1.30pm followed by burial in Emlybeg Cemetery (F26 Y7N3)
