It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick (Patsy) O'Connor Tullokyne, Moycullen, Co. Galway, on April 1st 2026. Peacefully in the comfort of the kind team at Teaghlach Uilinn Nursing Home, Moycullen, surrounded by his loving family in his 93rd year. Dearly beloved husband of Anna. Sadly missed by his children Maria, Cyril, Tony, Anita and Michael, his sons in law and daughters in law, sisters Rita and Veronica, brothers John, Joe, Mike and Peter, grandchildren Megan, Conor, Olivia, Jake, Luke, Calum,, Emi, Kento, Rosie, Grace, Beth, Isaac, Noah, Mischa and Elijah, his great grandchildren Senan, Ultan, Macdara, nieces, nephews, extended family neighbours and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff at an Teaghlach Uilinn Care Home, Moycullen for the care they provided and the kindness they showed all these past months.

Reposing on Friday, 3rd April, 2026, in Aiseirí Funeral Home, Moycullen (H91Y54A) from 4pm to 6pm. Followed by private cremation at Shannon crematorium at 4pm on Saturday 4th April.
