Castlelawn Heights, Headford Road, Galway / Roose, Hollymount, Co. Mayo
Peacefully, at UHG, after a short illness on 22nd February 2026, in the presence of her loving family.
Pre-deceased by her beloved husband John, her parents Peter and Mary, brother Mick Wooley (Seefin) sisters Nora Walsh (Hollymount) and Maisie Sweeney (Ballyhaunis).
Deeply regretted by her heartbroken daughters Marie and Fionnuala (Curry, Cummer), her adored grandchildren Ethan and Aoife and son-in-law Anthony (Curry, Cummer). Sadly missed by her brother Peter Wooley (New Jersey, USA), sister Kathleen Murphy (Blindwell, Cloghans Hill, Tuam), nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the Holy Family Funeral Home, Mervue on Tuesday, 24th February, from 5pm. Removal at 6.30pm to the Church of the Resurrection, Ballinfoyle. Requiem Mass for Anne Hynes on Wednesday, 25th February, at 11am. Funeral Afterwards to The New Cemetery, Bohermore.
