Anne Quirke (nee Fahy)
Monatigue, Craughwell, Co. Galway (Formerly of Roo, Craughwell, Co. Galway)
Anne passed away peacefully at University Hospital Galway surrounded by her loving family on the 17th of May 2026 after an illness borne bravely.
Predeceased by her infant son Carrick, her parents Tom and Maureen Fahy and mother-in-law Mary Quirke.
Anne will be sadly missed and always remembered by her beloved husband Kevin, adored children Oisín, Fionn and Aoibhe, Oisín’s girlfriend Gráinne Delaney, siblings Maura Gannon (Johnny), Peter Fahy (Connie), Fiachra Fahy (Marie), Martin Fahy (Marie) and Fionnuala Fahy (Justin Martin), father-in-law (Tom) nieces Fiona, Niamh, Katie, Megan, Ella, Saoirse, Caoimhe and Keira, nephews Aidan, Enda, Mark, Cillian, Seán, Thomas, Dáithí, James and Donnchadh, aunt, uncles, cousins, relatives, godchildren, neighbours and her many loyal friends.
Reposing at Cawley’s Funeral Home, Craughwell, Co. Galway (H91 W2V3) on Wednesday the 20th of May from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral cortege arriving at St. Colman’s Church, Craughwell (H91 F5X2) on Thursday the 21st of May for Requiem Mass at 12pm. Burial afterwards in Ballymore Cemetery, Craughwell.
