Who passed away peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of Portiuncula Hospital Ballinasloe, Co. Galway on Thursday 29th January 2026.
Predeceased by her parents Peter and Annie, sisters Kathleen, Mary, Nora, Annie-May, Frances, Teresa, Margaret and brother John.
Babs will be sadly missed by her nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grand nieces, great-grandnephews, great-grandnieces, extended family, neighbours and her many friends.
Babs will lie in Repose in Kilboy’s Funeral Home (H62 KF63) on Tuesday 3rd of February from 5 – 6.30 pm.
Babs’s funeral cortege will arrive to St. Michael’s Church, Cappataggle, on Wednesday 4th February at 11am, followed by burial in Kilrickle cemetery.
Babs family would like to express their sincere thanks to all their extended family, neighbours & friends for all their kindness and help at this very sad time.
May Babs kind and gentle soul rest in peace.
