The death has occurred of Bernadette, also known as Bernie Keating née Finn, Ard Mhuire, Ballinasloe and formerly of Oatfield Cappataggle and London, U.K.
Bernie passed away peacefully, in the loving care of the wonderful Staff of Garbally View Nursing Home, Ballinasloe. She is predeceased by her parents Tommie and May Finn, brother John, sisters Jacinta, Maureen Colohan and Bridie O’Hagan.
Bernie will be forever missed by her beloved husband John (formerly Boherbue, Co. Cork), brother Padraic (Oatfield), sisters in law, brothers in law, adored nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.
May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace
Reposing in St. Catherine's Community Hall, Aughrim (H53 D9F4) on Sunday 25th January from 4pm with removal at 6pm to St. Michael's Church, Ballinasloe. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am which may be viewed online here. Cremation in Shannon Crematorium at 4pm. Family flowers only.
