The death has occurred of Bridget (Bridgie) Sweeney (née Walsh), Corbally, Moycullen, Co. Galway,at the age of 94.
Peacefully in Moycullen Nursing Home on the 29th of December, 2025. Sadly missed by her children Maureen, Pádraic, Ann (Tom), Breda (Gerard), Seán (Noreen), Treasa, her brother Mattie and sister Julia, her grandchildren Lauren, Austin and Ellen, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing on Wednesday 31st December, 2025, in Aiseirí Funeral Home, Moycullen (H91Y54A) from 4.30pm with removal at 6pm to the Church of Immaculate Conception, Moycullen. Mass will be celebrated for Bridgie at 12 noon on Thursday 1st January. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
