The death has occurred of Bridget Howley, Monalee Heights, Knocknacarra and formerly of Limepark, Peterswell.
Former General Manager of University Hospital Galway.
Bridget passed away suddenly on the 8th of January 2026.
Bridget is predeceased by her parents Peter and Kathleen, and her brother Peter who died in infancy.
Deeply regretted by her siblings Margaret (Brady), John, Patrick, Mary (Boyle) and Eileen (Foley), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and a wide circle of cherished friends, neighbours and former work colleagues.

Funeral Mass for Bridget on Monday the 12th of January at 12 noon in St. John the Apostle Church, Ballymoneen Road, Knocknacarra, Galway (H91 W0H4), with burial afterwards in Labane cemetery, Ardrahan, Co. Galway.
Funeral cortege arriving in Labane at approximately 2pm.
