The death has occurred of Bridie Dunne
Dunne. Bridie. Cois Na hAbhainn, Abbeyknockmoy, Tuam, Co. Galway. And formerly of Highfield, Abbert, Abbeyknockmoy. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the exceptional care of the nursing staff of Galway Hospice.
Predeceased by her parents Mary and Thomas, her sister Annie and Brother Jimmy.
Sadly missed by her cousin Yvonne (Greaney), The Dunne and Gannon Families, new and old neighbours and her bridge club friends.
May Bridie’s kind and gentle soul rest in Eternal Peace.
Bridie will repose at her home in Cois Na hAbhainn. Abbeyknockmoy. this Tuesday evening May 26th. 2026 at 5.30pm with Removal at 7.30pm to St. Bernard’s Church, Abbeyknockmoy. Requiem Mass on Wednesday May 27th. 2026 at 12 noon followed by burial in Abbeyknockmoy Cemetery.
