The death has occurred of Catherine also known as Kathleen Dervan née Devine, Muckinagh, Ballygar.
Kathleen passed away peacefully on 28th November 2025, in the wonderful care of the nurses, carers and staff of Nightingale Nursing Home, Ahascragh, where she had resided for the past number of years.
Predeceased by her husband John and sister Maureen.
Kathleen was deeply loved and will be forever missed by her daughter Susan, sons Martin, Noel and Peter, son-in-law Pat, daughters-in-law Mary, Caroline and Ann, and her grandchildren Andrea, Eleanor, Colman, Lucy, Cathy, Cian, Michael, Jack and Katelyn.
She is survived by her sisters Nancy and Margaret, her brother Joe, brothers-in-law Sean Cooke, Joe Beattie and Ned Dervan, sisters-in-law Ber and Trish Dervan, nieces, nephews, and all extended family members.

Kathleen will return to her daughter’s residence on Saturday evening.
Reposing in Moran’s Funeral Home, Ballygar (F42 K443) on Sunday 30th from 5pm to 7pm.
Removal on Monday from her daughter’s residence to St. Mary’s Church, Ballygar, for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
