The death has occurred of Dell O’Sullivan (née Beatty), Lower Canal Road and formerly of Mainguard Street, Galway City, Galway.
It is with deep love and affection for her mother that Dell's daughter shares the news of her death on Friday, August 1, 2025, in the excellent care of the staff of University Hospital, Galway. Predeceased by her husband Michael (Mick).
A dearly loved mother, grandmother and aunt, so proud of her deep faith and a lady who epitomized the essence of a 'Galway Girl' full of grace and charm.
Deeply mourned by her daughter Una, son-in-law Tom Scully (Loughrea), grandchildren Laura, Lisa, Daniel, Andraya and Thomas great-grandchildren Heidi, Dylan, Luca, Mya and Zack, sister Marian Hanley and family, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and lovely friends.
May the Holy Spirit bring peace to her wonderful soul

Sunday, August 3, 2025 - Reposing at the O' Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91 K8) from 4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Monday, August 4, 2025 - Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Dell on arrival at St. Joseph’s Church, Presentation Road at 11 a.m. Following Mass, Dell will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery. Live stream link for Mass below.
