Peacefully surrounded by his loving family on the 17th of January 2026.

Predeceased by his brothers Pat, Noel, Robbie, Thomas and sister Siobhán.

Beloved husband of Nena and much loved father of Eamon, Brendan, Barry and Mary.

Sadly, missed by his wife and children together with his daughters in-law Shirley, Aine and Zahra, son in-law Cathal, grandchildren Noel, Niamh, Ailbhe, Sean, Ruairí, Tommy , Donagh, Muireann, Paddy, Cathal Óg, Tadgh and Zayn. Fondly remembered and missed by his sisters Marguerite(MacGowan), Carmel (Dermody), Colette (Carroll), brothers in-law, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry (H65KP70) on Wednesday 21st of January from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving to the Church of The Immaculate Conception, Newcastle, Athenry (H65E789) on Thursday 22nd for Requiem Mass, which will be celebrated at 12 noon. Private Cremation at Shannon Crematorium. Mass will be live streamed on www.churchmedia.tv.
