The death has occurred of Frank Murphy, O'Flaherty Road, Shantalla, Galway

Frank died unexpectedly at home, on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Beloved husband of Maura (née Faherty) and much loved father of Paul and Joe. Predeceased by parents Nora and Tim and by his brothers Ted and Johnny and by his sister Margaret, formerly Upper Fairhill. Deeply mourned and very sadly missed by his wife and sons and their families; Caoimhe and Bernie and adored grandchildren Simon, Adam, Niall, Cara and Chloe. Dearly loved and missed also by the extended Murphy and Faherty family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements

Frank will repose at Conneely's Funeral Home, Flood Street (H91A786) from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Please note the reposing venue.

Friday, 18 July 2025

A Requiem Mass in loving memory and in celebration of Frank's life will commence at 10 a.m. on arrival at St. Mary's Church, Claddagh. Following Mass Frank will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery. Live Streaming link for Mass below.
