The death has occurred of John Gilmore
John passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, 29th April 2026, in the tender and loving care of the staff at Portiuncula University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Agnes Gilmore, and his brother Paddy.
John will be dearly missed by his beloved sisters, Mary (Deeley) and Nancy (Mulryan), along with his nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends.

John will repose at the Franciscan College Oratory, Mountbellew on Saturday the 2nd May from 6pm with removal at 8pm to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Caltra.
Mass of the Resurrection on Sunday at 1pm in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Caltra with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only by request.
