The death has occurred of John Kilcommins, Church Street, Creagh, Ballinasloe, Galway
John passed away peacefully at his home. He left this world surrounded by his adoring family and with the gentle and kind care of his very loving wife Rena, Galway Hospice, the palliative care team and the Irish Cancer Society night nurses.
Predeceased by his beloved son John, his parents Tommy and Mary, his brother Tim and his sister Peggy. John will be deeply missed by his loving wife Rena, his daughters Mary (Greene), Emma and Tara, his son Shane, his son-in-law Paul, his daughter-in-law Maria and his grandchildren whom he cherished so much: Julianna, Ella Rose, Seán, Cúlainn, Kate, Jack, Jane and Ruth.
He will be deeply mourned by his sister Maureen (Gohery), his sisters-in-law Mary and Pat (Meere), nieces, nephews, cousins and a large circle of friends and neighbours.
He will also be remembered with great fondness by his former colleagues in the probation service, nursing staff in St Brigids and by staff in Jorenas shop.
May His Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.
John will repose at Grenhams Funeral Home, Ballinasloe (H53 HK15) on Sunday the 31st of August, from 5pm to 7pm. Private removal on Monday to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Creagh (H53 EH93) for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Creagh Cemetery.
