The death has occurred of Josie Gannon
Josie passed from this life, unexpectedly but peacefully, at home with his beloved wife Mary by his side on 8th January 2026.

Predeceased by his parents John and Mary.
Josie will be forever loved and remembered by his wife Mary, his son John, daughter-in-law Lisa, grandchildren Joseph, Thomas and Abigail, his sister Maura and brother-in-law Gerry (London), his nephew John, members of the extended family, neighbours and friends.

Josie will repose at Dignity Funeral Care, funeral home, on the grounds of Portumna Retirement Village (H53 AY18) on Sunday 11th January from 4pm to 6pm. Funeral cortége will arrive at The Church of the Sacred Heart, Killeen at 11.45am on Monday 12th January for Requiem Mass for Josie at 12noon. Burial will take place after Mass in Tynagh cemetery.
