The death has occurred of Kathleen Higgins née Mofatt, Tirellan Heights, Galway City.
Formerly of Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo
On Thursday 10th December 2025, Kathleen slipped away peacefully at her home with her husband by her side.
Predeceased by her parents Christina and Michael, her sisters Mary and Delia and brother Michael.
Beloved Mother of John who died in January 1990.
Dearly missed by her devoted husband Gerry. She will be remembered and greatly missed also by her all her nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends
Funeral Arrangements
Monday, 15th December 2025
Reposing at the family home in Tirellan Heights (H91 YHR6) from 5 p.m. with removal at 6.30 p.m to the Church of the Resurrection, Ballinfoyle (H91 W298).
Tuesday, 16th. December 2025
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Kathleen at 11 a.m. Following Mass, she will be laid to rest with her son John in Bohermore Cemetery.
