The death has occurred of Kathleen (Kathy) Eastwood (née Duggan) ,Cloonarkin Drive, Oranmore, Galway

Kathleen (Kathy) Eastwood (née Duggan) Cloonarkin Drive, Oranmore, Co Galway. 2nd September 2025. Predeceased by her husband Bob.

Kathleen passed away in the tender care of her family and staff of UHG after an illness bourne with courage and grace. Dearly loved mother of sons Alan and Brian and daughter Claire. She will be sadly missed by her daughters-in-law Catriona and Lindsay and son-in-law Damien. Kathleen was a very proud grandmother to Karl, Luke, Jack, Adam, Robert, Isla and Freya. Kathleen will be fondly remembered by her brothers John and Tom, sisters Mary, Anne, Effie and Phil, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Tearmann Mhuire on the grounds of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore (H91XC61) this Friday evening the 5th of September from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Funeral Mass in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore on Saturday the 6th of September at 1.30pm. Funeral Mass will be broadcast on parish radio 105.3FM and can be viewed on the parish website http://www.oranmoreparish.org/live/ Burial afterwards in Renville Cemetery.
