The death has occurred of Kathleen Newton (née Hodgins)
In loving memory of Kathleen Newton, née Hodgins, of Hillview, Persse Park, who tragically passed on 28th June, 2026. She is predeceased by her parents, Jack and Gladys Hodgins of Templederry, and by her birth mother Annie Abraham. Kathleen will be sadly missed by her loving family, husband Robin, children Clifford, Karen, Lionel, Lindsay and Naomi, and their partners Aimée, Cillian, Nicole and Darren, and also grandchildren James, Rian, Annabelle, Oliver, Elowyn and Emma. Fondly remembered by extended family, kind neighbours, parishioners and cherished friends.
At Rest
Reposing in St. Catherine's Community Hall, Aughrim (H53 D9F4) on Wednesday 1st July from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral cortége arriving to Holy Trinity Church, Aughrim on Thursday for Funeral Service at 12 noon followed by Committal Service in Shannon Crematorium at 3pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to The Samaritans. House strictly private.
