The death has occurred of Kieran Glynn
Kieran Glynn, Caheroyan, Athenry, Co Galway and Ballinacurra, Middleton, Co Cork.
Passed away on the 2nd of November 2025 after a brief illness.
Much loved son of Maria and Tony. Older brother to Neasa, Fionnuala, Niamh and Aoife. Brother in-law to Paul, Shane and Niall. Uncle to Danny, Conor, Cian, Orla and Ellie. Kieran will be very sadly missed by his Grand Aunt Imelda, all his aunts, uncles and cousins with whom he was very close, his colleagues in An Garda Síochána, Nena and his wonderful friends with whom he shared fun times and lived life to the fullest throughout his 53 years.Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry on Wednesday 5th of November from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving to the Church of The Assumption, Athenry on Thursday 6th for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Athenry. Mass will be live streamed on https://www.churchmedia.tv/st-marys-parish-1 and can be listened to Parish radio 106.5fm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cancer Care West would be greatly appreciated.
