The death has occurred of Marcus McNamara, Kincullia, Loughrea, Co. Galway.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Marcus McNamara, on Tuesday, 8th July 2025.
Predeceased by his grandparents, uncles, aunts, father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law.
A devoted husband and best friend to his heartbroken wife Mary, a much loved father to Luca and Sommer.
He is deeply mourned and sadly missed by his parents Kieran and Chris, brother Luke and sister Ciara.
Marcus will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Norma, brothers-in-law Joe, Noel and Declan, nieces Sive, Síofra, Béibhín, Ríona, Róise, Isobel, Áine, Emma, Ava, Katie and Tianna, nephews Ruadhán and Aaron, aunts and uncles, the extended McNamara and Costello families, his wonderful neighbours, colleagues at Schneider Electric and his many dear friends.
Marcus will lie in repose at his residence (H62P046) on Sunday 27th July from 3pm to 7pm.
A bus service will run from St. Patrick’s Church, Bullaun, on Sunday.
Marcus’s funeral cortege will arrive to St. Patrick's Church, Bullaun (H62YH66), for Requiem Mass on Monday 28th July at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
