Margaret Murtagh (née Qualter)

Formerly, Tonegurrane, Corrandulla.

Margaret, passed away peacefully in her 98th year, under the excellent care of the Galway Hospice, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her husband Billy, her parents Patrick and Mary, her brothers James, Mattie and Josie, her sisters, Bridgie, Maureen and Eileen, her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

Margaret will be sorely missed by her sisters Kathleen Fahy (Aughrim), Theresa Prendergast (Lackaghmore), Annie Higgins (Ballmena), Nonie Lally (London), Sarah Hardiman (Mace), Philomena Fahy (Glenrevagh), her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, her cherished nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Our Lady's Chapel, Lackagh (H65N129) on Tuesday evening 25th of November from 5pm, Removal at 7pm to the adjoining Church.

Requiem Mass on Wednesday morning 26th of November at 11.30am in Our Lady of Knock Church, Lackagh (H65N129) burial afterwards in Lackagh Old Cemetery.

Funeral Mass will be live-streamed at Lackagh Church live you-tube channel and broadcast on parish radio at 106.9fm.
