The death has occurred of Martina Regan (née O’Neill)

Coscorrig Cresent, Loughrea, Co. Galway,

Martina passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the wonderful care of the staff of Galway Hospice, on Sunday 16th November 2025.

Martina was a devoted wife and best friend to her husband Joe, cherished mother to Nicole and Amy. Beloved daughter of Eileen and Mattie. Treasured sister to Lisa, Derek, Laura, Martin, Sandra and John.

Martina will be deeply missed by her heartbroken family and friends, parents-in-law, sister-in-law Freda, brothers-in-law Gerard and James, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and her wide circle of friends.

Martina will lie in repose in Kilboys Funeral Home, Loughrea (H62 KF62) on Wednesday19th November from 5pm – 7pm followed by removal to St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea.

Martina’s Requiem Mass will take place in St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea, on Thursday 20th November at 12.30pm, followed by Cremation in Shannon Crematorium at 3pm.
