The death has occurred of Mary Dervan
(née Shaughnessy)
Formerly of Clonkeen, Killoran, Ballinasloe. Mary passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, after a short illness. She is predeceased by her parents William and Kathleen Shaughnessy. Mary will be deeply missed by her loving family, husband Jimmy, children William, James, Marina, Gerard and Sinead, sister Teresa and brother Sean (Shaughnessy), daughters in law Louise, Gemma and Gillian, son in law Enda (Cooney), brothers in law Tom, Denis, Liam and Michael, sisters in law Mary (Fearon) and Mary (Shaughnessy), her cherished grandchildren James, Ella, Isabel, Tadhg, Ava, Lauren, Rian, Jacob and Cillian, nephews Jonathan, Liam and David, niece Maria, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Dignity Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Loughrea (H62 DV76) on Thursday 16th October from 5pm to 7pm. Removal from her home on Friday to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Kilrickle for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Palliative Care Team, Galway Hospice or Irish Cancer Society.
