The death has occurred of Mary Doorey (née Laffey)
Mary Doorey, neé Laffey, Carnaseer Dunmore Co. Galway & formerly Ballybockaugh Shrule Co. Mayo.
Peacefully, surrounded by her family, on January 19th 2026, in the excellent care of Brooklodge Nursing Home, Ballyglunin, following a short illness.Predeceased by her parents Patrick & Julia, sister Sally & brother in law Patrick O’Malley, brothers Johnny & Billy, grandson baby Daniel & nephew Luke O’Malley.
Mary will be sadly missed by her loving family, husband Jackie, daughters Mary, Anne, Pat & Bríd, sons Tom & Sean.
Sons in law Pat, Bernard & Pete, daughters in law Margaret & Tanja, grandchildren, great grandchild Isabel, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours & friends.

Reposing at Glynn’s funeral home Dunmore - H54NY61 - this Wednesday evening, January 21st from 6pm, with removal at 8pm to her home.
Funeral mass on Thursday at 12pm in The Church Of Our Lady & St. Nicholas Dunmore - H54Y573 - with burial afterwards in Dunmore cemetery.
