Mary passed away peacefully on Sunday 25th May 2025 in the wonderful care of the staff of the Corrib Ward in Galway University Hospital, surrounded by her family.
Predeceased by her parents Hannah and John and her brother, Michael.
Mary will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her cherished husband Willie, her sons Hubert and Liam and her daughters Siobhan and Caitriona, her adored grandchildren Mark, Aimee, Oisin, Lisa, Aoife, Andrew and William, her sons-in-law Alan and Michael, daughters in-law Bríd and Pauline, her brothers Sean (Ballinasloe) and Paraic (USA) and sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, members of the extended family, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of treasured friends.

Mary will repose on Wednesday 28th May in St Joseph's Centre, Killimor (H53 YD36) from 5pm to 7pm.
Funeral cortége will arrive to St Joseph's Church, Killimor on Thursday 29th at 11.45am for Mass for Mary at 12noon.

Funeral will continue to Killimor new cemetery after Mass where Mary will be laid to rest.
An online condolence book has been opened in Mary's memory. Family and friends are invited to leave messages of condolence for the family if they wish. These messages will be particularly poignant for Caitriona, whose second baby is due this week and is unable to travel from New Zealand for the funeral.
