The death has occurred of Mary Keary, Cloran, Athenry, Galway.
24th May 2025, in her 80th year.
Peacefully, in the arms of her family, in the exceptional care of the staff of Roscommon Hospice.
Predeceased by her parents Andy and Nora, brothers Liam and Mortimer and her niece-in-law Siobhán.
Loved dearly and sadly missed by her brother Pat, sister Valère (Finneran), sisters in-law Anne and Mary and brother in-law Pat. Mary was the adored aunt and second mother to Andy, Shane, Colin, David, Moira, Aoife, Michael and Aisling. She was cherished too by their spouses, and by her beloved grandnieces and grandnephews. She will be fondly remembered by her cousins, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry on Monday 26th May from 5pm to 7pm. Removal from her home to the Church of The Assumption, Athenry on Tuesday 27th for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery. Mass will be live streamed on https://www.churchmedia.tv/st-marys-parish-1 and can be listened to Parish radio 106.5fm. Family flowers only.
