The death has occurred of Mary Loughlin (née Haugh)
Formerly of Knockerra, Kilrush, Co. Clare.
Mary passed away peacefully at University Hospital Galway after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.
Mary was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Bridget, her brother Joe, and her sister Ita.
Mary will be deeply missed by her devoted husband, Martin; her sons Martin Jnr., Stewart, Rory, Garreth, David and Oliver; her daughters Aoife and Orla; her daughters-in-law Jane, Fáinsia, Michelle and Alicia; her sons-in-law Antonio and Seán; her much-loved fifteen grandchildren. She will also be fondly remembered by her sisters Margaret, Breda and Carmel, her brother Martin, her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and her many friends.
May Mary Rest in Peace.
Reposing in Burns Funeral Home, High Street, Tuam (H54 X304) on Wednesday 21st Jan from 4.00pm to 7.00pm.
Funeral Mass for Mary on Thursday 22nd Jan, at 1.30pm in the Cathedral of the Assumption, Tuam (H54 T656) burial afterwards in Killererin Cemetery.

The family would like to sincerely thank Mary’s GP Dr Anne Kingston together with Professor Alan Soo, Dr Sarah Nestor and the Palliative Care team, all the doctors and nurses, healthcare assistants for the exceptional care, kindness and compassion shown to Mary and her family during her time in hospital.May Mary’s gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
