The death has occurred of Mary ‘Mae’ Devaney (née Holland)

Clarinbridge, Galway

The death has taken place peacefully of Mae Devaney, Clarinbridge, in her 97th year, in the wonderful care of the staff of Blake Manor Nursing Home on Wednesday 10th June surrounded by her loving family.

 

Predeceased by her Husband John Joe, her daughter Sheila and son in law Johnny Forde, J.J.'s partner Maisie and her brothers Michael, John, Patrick, Robert and Joe.

 

She will be sadly missed by her son J.J., her daughters Marian and Mona and sons in law Paddy Connolly and Martin Gill, her 10 grandchildren Irene, Derek and Eoin Forde, Oliver, Caroline, Anne Marie and Philip Connolly, Colm, Kieran and Niall Gill and 16 great grandchildren. her nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours,

 

May Mae's kind and gentle soul rest in Heavenly Peace

 

Reposing at Suaimhneas on the grounds of the Church of the Annunciation, Clarinbridge (H91HW58), this Friday 12th June from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday 13th June in the Church of the Annunciation, Clarinbridge at 2pm. Burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
