Who passed away peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of U.H.G, surrounded by her loving family on Saturday 7th of February 2026.

Predeceased by her parents Peter and Ellen, brothers Paddy, Jack and Jim.

Maura will be forever missed and loved by her heartbroken husband Kieran, children Padraic (Isobel), Denise (Declan), Aoibheann (Ian), Ciara (Carlos) and Helen (Brian), her adored grandchildren Ruairí, Saoirse, Cara, Iarla, Sadhbh, Paidí and Aengus, extended family and her many friends.

Maura will lie in Repose in Kilboy’s funeral home Loughrea (H62 WV66) on Wednesday 11th of February from 5 – 7pm.

Maura’s funeral cortege will arrive to St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea, on Thursday 12th of February for Requiem Mass at 12.30pm, followed by burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Loughrea.
