The death has occurred of Michael Anthony (Tony) Carr, Kellysgrove, Clontuskert, Ballinasloe, Galway

Tony passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, in the wonderful and exceptional care of The Galway Hospice on Wednesday 2nd of April. Pre-deceased by his parents Michael and Nora, his sons Aidan and Alan. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Catherine, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchild, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Tony will Repose at Kiltormer Sports Complex (H53 P653) on Sunday 6th April, 2025 from 5 pm to 7 pm. Requiem Mass in St. Augustine’s Church, Clontuskert (H53 C623) at 12 noon on Monday 7th April. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Mass can be live streamed on www.churchcamlive.ie/clontuskert Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Galway Hospice.
