The death has occurred of Michael Galvin

Lisnaclassagh, Ballinamore Bridge, Galway

Michael (Mickey) Galvin, Lisnaclassagh, Ballinamore Bridge, passed away peacefully in the tender loving care of his wife Kathleen & Family at Mountbellew Nursing Home on 24th September 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Christina, his sister May and brother Fr Paddy.

Michael will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Kathleen, sons Gerard & John, Daughter-in-law Aisling, cherished grandchildren Cónall, Laoise, Méabh & Senán, brother John & sister Rosaleen, extended family, neighbours & friends.

Michael will repose in Caltra Community Centre, Caltra, H53E 5C9 on Friday 26th September from 5pm to 7pm, where family and friends are welcome to gather, share memories and pay their respects.

Removal afterwards to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Caltra, H53PP90.

Funeral mass at 11am followed by Burial in Caltra Cemetery on Saturday 27th September
