The death has occurred of Michael John Linnane
Linnane, Michael John (Pollough, Ballinderreen, Co. Galway) – May 7th, 2026, peacefully, in his 91st year, after a short illness at University Hospital Galway.
He is predeceased by his brothers Martin, Paul and Patrick (Paddy), his sisters Marie McCormack and Nora Connolly
Michael John will be sadly missed by his brother Andrew (Drumacoo), his nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and many friends.

Reposing at his home in Pollough (H91 E9F4) this Tuesday evening, May 12th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
House private on Wednesday morning, please.
Removal on Wednesday, May 13th, to St. Colman’s Church, Ballinderreen, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, followed by interment in Drumacoo Cemetery.
