The death has occurred of Michael (Mick) Monaghan
Beloved husband and adored father, passed away suddenly, but peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Pa and Mary, brother Frank and sisters Cora and Kathleen.
He will be deeply missed by his heartbroken wife Josephine and children Darragh and Orla, son-in-law Andrew, daughter-in-law Alice, his brothers Paddy, Tommy and Vincent, his sister Mary, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and wide circle of good friends.
Mick will be reposing at his home (137 Seacrest, H91TCC6) on Sunday evening from 4.00 o’c until 8.00 o’c.
Parking available at St John the Apostle Church, Knocknacarra, (H91 W0H4) 5 minute’s walk to the house via Seacrest Road.
Arriving at the Sacred Heart Church, Belclare (H54XD26) on Monday at 12.30 o’c.
Requiem Mass at 2.00 o’c. Funeral afterwards to Claretuam Cemetery.
A man of great kindness, honesty and generosity, whose sense of fun and love of life brought joy to all who knew him. A true gentleman.
