The death has occurred of Michael (Mickey) Dooley
Dooley. Michael (Mickey). Abbert, Abbeyknockmoy, Tuam, County Galway, 16th November 2025. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the care of the nursing staff at University Hospital, Galway.
Predeceased by his parents John and Chrissie and brother’s Padraic and Jimmy.
Beloved husband of Mary and loving father to Noel, Carmel and Tish and adored grandfather of Olivia, Jamie, Grace and Anna.
Deeply regretted by his brother’s Joe, Tom, Tim, Christy and Gerry, his sister’s Mary, Tess and Nonie, sisters in law, brother in law, sons in law, Brian and PJ, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, friends and special friends Joey and Keith.
Mickey will repose in Mannion’s Funeral Home, Abbeyknockmoy (H54 RW94) Wednesday 19th. November 2025 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Removal afterwards to St Bernard’s Church, Abbeyknockmoy. (H54 KX60). Requiem Mass on Thursday November 20th. 2025 at 12:00 noon followed by burial afterwards in Abbeyknockmoy Cemetery.
