The death has occurred of Nora Boyle nee Moran, Liss, Abbeyknockmoy, Tuam, County Galway, 28th June 2025. In her 100th year, Peacefully at Brooklodge Nursing Home, Ballyglunin, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Joe, baby daughter Bernadette, parents John and Bridget Moran, brother Paddy and sister Mary, and sons-in-law.
Beloved mother of Frank, Gabriel, Mary (Malone, Straffan), Breda (Boyle-McHale, Mountbellew), Tina (Comer, Tuam), Noel, Joseph, Joan (Boyle Biard, Tuam), Geraldine (Flaherty), Angela (Horgan, Mountbellew), Cathal, Deirdre (Gavin, Moylough), Damien, Niall, Claire (Boyle, Westport).
Nora will be sadly missed by her sons-in- law, daughters-in-law, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, her sister-in-law Mamie Moran, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends.
Nora will repose in Mannion’s Funeral Home, Abbeyknockmoy (H54 RW94) Tuesday 1st July 2025 from 5:00pm-8:00pm. Removal afterwards to her residence. Removal on Wednesday morning 2nd July to Bernard’s Church, Abbeyknockmoy, (H54 KX60) for Requiem Mass at 12:00 noon followed by burial afterwards in Abbeyknockmoy Cemetery.
House Private by request.
