The death has occurred of Nora Lydon, (nee Fahy) Gortacornaun, Rosscahill, Co. Galway, peacefully at her home on May 11th 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Dan, parents Tom and Nora, sister Bridgie and granddaughter Gillian.
She will be forever loved and sadly missed by her sons Seamus, Tom and Donal, daughters Mary, Noreen, Breda and Helena, sons in law, daughters in law, all her beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephew and niece, all her extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing on Wednesday 13th May 2026 in Aiseirí funeral home Moycullen (H91Y54A) from 5pm with removal at 7pm to the Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Killannin (H91R883). Requiem mass at 11am on Thursday 14th May 2026. Following mass, Nora will be laid to rest with her husband Dan in the adjoining cemetery.
