The death has occurred of Paddy Burke
Paddy passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 18th March 2026.
The Burke family would like to sincerely thank all those who cared for Paddy in both the University Hospital Galway and Merlin Park University Hospital.
Predeceased by his wife Mary, his brothers Michael and Tom Joe, and his nephew Martin.
Paddy will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son Richard and daughter Elaine, his daughter-in-law Clíona, his cherished grandchildren Eoin, Aisling and Ruaidhrí, Eoin's wife Felecia, and his adored great-grandchildren Hannah and Bobby, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements
Sunday, 22nd March 2026
Paddy will repose in Tearmann Mhuire, on the grounds of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore, from 5.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m., with removal afterwards into the adjacent Church.
Monday, 23rd March 2026
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Paddy at 11.00 a.m.
Funeral afterwards to Rinville Cemetery, where Paddy will be laid to rest.
