The death has occurred of Patricia (Trisha) Murray, Ballinfoyle Park and formerly of McBride Avenue, Mervue, Galway.
On Friday evening, August 01, 2025, Trisha passed away peacefully at Galway University Hospital, with her loving family by her side. Predeceased by her father Desmond (Dessie) and brother Desmond (Baba Des). She is deeply mourned and will be very sadly missed by her mother Angela, daughters Michelle and Elaine, sons Declan, Phillip and Noely, son-in-law Tom, daughter’s-in-law Louisa and Claire, Elaine’s partner Trevor, by her adored grandchildren Kaylee and Ella, Adam, Sophie and Jack, Cillian, Conor and Jamie, sisters Cilla, Mary, Lorraine, Teeda and Angie, brothers Ray and Darrin, sister-in-law Valerie, nephews and nieces, Aunties, the extended family and friends and not forgetting her little shadow Cooper.
Trisha will always be fondly remembered as a kind, caring, loving person who always put everyone else first.

Funeral arrangements
Wednesday, August 6, 2025 - Reposing at the Church of the Holy Family Funeral Parlour, Mervue from 5.00 p.m. Removal at 6.30 p.m. into the Church. The entrance to the Funeral Parlour is through the main Church. Wheelchair and assisted entrances are at the exit door at car park level.
Thursday, August 7, 2025 - Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Trisha at 11.00 a.m. Following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery. Live stream link for Mass below.
