Pat passed away peacefully on the 15th February 2026 in the exceptional care of the nurses and doctors in St Mary’s Ward, University Hospital Galway surrounded by his loving nieces and family.
Pre-deceased by his parents Ann and Michael, brother Martin and sisters Nora and Maureen.
Pat will be sadly missed by his loving family, sister Chrissie, brother Michael, brother-in-law and his friend Robert, sister-in- law Claire. Pat was loved and cherished by the O’Sullivan Family, his nieces, nephews, grand-nieces grand-nephews, his wonderful neighbours next door to him in Parkmore, his adored carers and many friends.
Reposing at Glynn’s Funeral Home, High Street, Tuam ( H54 VC53) on Tuesday 17th February from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Requiem Mass for Pat McGrath on Wednesday 18th February at 12:00pm in the Cathedral of the Assumption Tuam (H54 WP66). Funeral afterwards to Kilclooney Cemetery Milltown.
