The death has occurred of Paul Cannon

Cartron, Oranmore, Galway

With heavy hearts we share the heartbreaking news of the unexpected death of Paul Cannon in his 47th year, Cartron, Oranmore, Co. Galway. 2nd December 2025.

Predeceased by his infant brother Padraig, niece Katie and his parents Paddy and Mary.Our treasured, wonderful Paul will be forever missed by his brothers John and James, sisters Ann, Fidelma, Mary, Patricia and Ciara, sisters-in-law Regina and Joan brothers-in-law Michael, Brian, Sean, Anton and Daniel, nieces and nephews Maeve, Fiona, Sean, Olivia and Cillian; Patrick and Rory; Ciara and Amy; Niamh, Conor, Aoife, Orla and Myles; James, Hannah and Colm; Clodagh, Cormac, Eoin and Aisling; Rowan, Aidan and Matthew.

Paul was cherished by his aunts, uncle, cousins, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Tearmann Mhuire on the grounds of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore (H91XC61) this Thursday 4th of December from 5pm to 6.30pm. Removal to the Church for Mass at 7pm. Funeral mass on Friday 5th December at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Old Cemetery Oranmore village.
