The death has occurred of Rose Brosnan nee Curry, Truskey East, Barna, Co. Galway & formerly of Kinawley, Co. Fermanagh and Lispole Co. Kerry, July 14th 2025, Rose, peacefully at Galway Hospice surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her loving husband Thomas, (Goulin, Lispole, Co. Kerry), and her parents Michael & Susan Curry. Deeply mourned by her sons Michael & Andrew, daughters Olivia & Tomasina, grandchildren Emily, Sarah, Caríosa and Elaine, sisters Bríd & Margaret, brother Leo, sons-in-law Brian Williams & Colin Ryan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at the Cillin within the Church of Mary Immaculate Queen, Barna (H91 A2T7), on Tuesday 15th July from 5.00pm to 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Rose on Wednesday 16th July at 10.00am in the Church of Mary Immaculate Barna, with removal afterwards to Lispole, Co. Kerry. Mass will be held on Thursday 17th July at 11.00am in St. John the Baptist Church (V92 VY99), Lispole, Kerry, followed by burial in Kinard Cemetery. House private.
