The death has occurred of Thomas ( Tom) Burke
Suddenly and Peacefully in his 90th Year at University Hospital Galway.
Beloved Husband of Teresa and Cherished father of Emmet, Gavin and Niamh ; his Adored Grand-children who called him Far Far; Thomas , Maya and Hannah.
Tom will be Forever Loved and Greatly missed by Family; his Sister Tina, Daughters-in-law Sara& Julia; Son-in-law Garrett; also his nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Pre-deceased by his parents Delia and Tom; his Sisters May, Tess and Kathleen; and Brothers Sean and Matt;
Tom will be reposing at his home at the Glebe, Cummer H54X952 on Friday June 5th anytime that afternoon up to 7pm. The family Warmly welcome those who wish to pay their Respects.
Celebration of Tom’s life will take place at Shannon Crematorium (V14 PV30) Saturday 6th June at 1pm. All are welcome.
The Family wish to thank the staff of U.H.G. and Merlin Park for all the Care Tom received there over the various admissions.
Also the Stella Maris Nursing Home, Cummer for its care of Tom over the recent weeks of respite and Geraldine Tom’s carer .
The Burke Family gives thanks for Tom’s Long Life; Lived to the Full with the support of his Family, Friends and his Connemara Ponies.
